David Zweighaft has over seventeen years of professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant, serving clients in a variety of industries.  He has been conducting financial investigations and providing litigation consulting services since 1993.

He directed and conducted the largest Swiss bank Holocaust asset investigation in New York, at the direction of the state Banking Department.  Mr. Zweighaft has investigated whistleblower claims relating to matters of embezzlement, complex financial statement fraud, matrimonial matters, pre-acquisition due diligence and both domestic and international investigations involving banking and intellectual property matters.  He has provided expert witness testimony in state and federal proceedings as well as before arbitration panels, relating to contract disputes, economic damages, real estate and construction litigation and post-acquisition disputes.  These investigations required in-depth analysis of accounting books and records, including economic and market analyses.
